Terms and Conditions
This is an interactive, adult class and you must be over 18 to attend. You must to commit to the whole course and no refunds can be made if you miss a session or decide to leave the class. Full payment must be received prior to the course start date.
It is the aim that everyone progresses and as clients will be of different past experiences with the technique the tone of discussions must be always kept considerate. There will be an opportunity for critique on the longer courses but this must be kept to what you interpret rather than whether something is ‘right’ or ‘wrong’.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have sufficient broadband capability to be able to join for the courses. There can be no refund if you are unable to attend due to broadband issues although there will be the recording which you will be able to view. If there is a power outage from my computer then I will reschedule the session.
Wilde Photography reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In this unlikely occurrence, the client will be offered a) alternative dates b)a voucher for the full amount or c) A full refund. If the client cancels the course a full refund will only be available if cancellation is 7 days (or longer) prior to the course. If the cancellation is after this time you will be entitled to a voucher to the same value or the chance to join the another course of the same value on different dates.
